Picasso Sour

• add 1 ounce of Pisco

• add a dash of strawberry syrup

• 1/2 ounce of overproof rum

• a dash of absinthe

• 1/2 ounce of triple sec

• add some freshly squeezed lemon juice

• 1 egg white

• This drink needs a triple shake!

  • 1st dry shake

  • 2nd add ice and shake

  • 3rd strain it and shake again

• pour your drink into a chilled martini glass

• last step...catch it on fire!
